Church organizations

The first Armenian Church in the city of Odessa was erected in 1844 the funds of Armenian Community of Odessa and located at the intersection of Bazarnaya and Ekaterininskaya streets.

The foundation of the church was laid on September 29, 2008. Four years later, on November 10, 2012, the church was  sanctified  and  opened.

In 2005 the land plot on which the ruins of St. Nicholas temple and St. Stephen’s Bell Tower located was transmitted the Armenian Community . On June 28, 2012 the Bell Tower was blessed by Griogris Buniatyan.

The foundation was laid in 2005. In September 2007 Church was solemnly opened.

Аn administratively independent Catholicosate of the Armenian Apostolic Church recognizing the primacy of honor of the Etchmiadzin Catholicos of All Armenians and the Supreme Patriarch of the Armenian Apostolic Church.

The Holy High Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians represent the highest centralized ecclesiastical authority of the AAC
